In over 20 years of working in the Construction industry and in particular, the dry-lining and partitions sector, Gerard has amassed a wide range of skills and experience. He has remained hands-on which has enabled him to keep abreast of developments and innovation in the industry. He has full accreditation in a range of building systems including K-Rend, Alsecco and Atlas. Gerard has an overview of the quality management systems needed to deliver excellence.
Steven Hines
Director, Surveying and Estimating
With nearly 20 years of experience in management and training, Steven has excelled in the transition between his areas of expertise. As a trained Domestic Energy Assessor and Retrofit Coordinator, he has a clear overview into how retrofitting plays an important role in the future of the building industry. From a building family, through the creative sector to the current role in Estimating and Surveying, Steven prides himself on his determination to see projects through to a high standard.
