Who qualifies for ECO 4 Funding?
​The work is FULLY FUNDED and you can install more than one measure
​
You can install:
External Wall Insulation, Loft Insulation, New Boiler & Heating Controls, Solar Panels (if the house is electrically heated) and Air Source Heat Pumps
​
Your house needs to have an EPC rating of
E, F or G
​
Your house can be in any Council Tax Bracket
​
To qualify for the ECO Scheme you or someone in your household must be in receipt of one of the following benefits:

​The work is PART FUNDED (up to 50%) and you can install more than one measure
​
You can install:
External Wall Insulation,
​
Your house needs to have an EPC rating of
D, E, F or G
​
Your house needs to be in Council Tax Bracket A-D
​
To qualify for the ECO Scheme you do not need to be on benefits
​
Your house should be of solid brick construction
​
